Hi RRobin,

It seems that students enrolled in the Masters program at Carleton University have the option of registering in courses by the School of Information Technology and Engineering (SITE) at the University of Ottawa and the School of Computer Science (SCS) at Carleton University under the auspices of the Ottawa-Carleton Institute for Computer Science (OCICS).

In terms of placements, they seem to have a pretty exhaustive list of openings from IBM. You can find the detailed list here.
