human resource management-1 yr diploma certificate (Question)

I was looking forward to do a 1 year HR course, I have recd.acceptance letter for Humber and Sheridan..which one is a better college for doing a HR Course?And does anyone has any idea about the CHRP Certification?is is valid for International students aswell??
