hey zebra..i also had d same Q earlier.. education is much better off in England rather than in Canada. but if u need 2 settle down..Canada is much easier & faster. 1 can apply for PR (Permenent Residenship) aftr stayin in Canada just for 2 yrs.

Hi Zebra,
Living in Canada I have to say Canada should be your top priority for settling down if all other things are equal. The world bank says that Canada will be one of the top five countries to come out of the global recession. Of course Canada is a giant country so thought must be given to where in Canada you would settle.
