The largest universities in Toronto are U of T (University of Toronto), York University, Ryerson, and I’m pretty sure there are a few more. Most universities in Canada in general (both in Toronto and outside) offer MS programs in different subjects. You should search them according to what topic you want to study for your degree- MS in physics, computer science, certain types of engineering, mathematics, and more are all examples.
The University of Toronto Grad School does not require a GRE exam for most of its graduate departments. For departments that do require the GRE, It is encouraged that international applicants do take it in order for the school to make a fair assessment.
As for TOEFL scores, I thought it might be helpful for you to know that at the University of Toronto they desire a minimum of an Overall Score: 93 and Writing/Speaking: 22 (internet-based test).
I believe the facult of Science DOES require the GRE exam for international students. Their website says they require at least a B+ average in their last two years of study in an Honours/Specialist program. You are requird to provide the GRE General and GRE Subject scores. The minimum rank is usually the 80th percentile. Hope that helps!
