I go to the University of Waterloo and I believe it has one of the best Computer Science programs out there. You might also want to research the University of Alberta, McGill University, Carleton and the University of Toronto, among others. I would suggest to take a look at their program offerings on their websites. Just find the program which suits you the best and which will help you get started in the direction you are going.
